Great service. Friday afternoon and they showed up within 15 minutes of calling. They finished in a short time and the charges were very reasonable. I'd recommend SLS and plan on hiring them for future jobs.
Excellent service. Technician was on site in less than an hour from when I called, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very fair rates, and I would not hesitate to call them again if I need them.
SLS is one of the bigger companies around and so when it came time to tackle the daunting tasks of replacing our furnace, I contacted them to come out and give me an estimate. They gave me a window of 9-11am (they do not work past 4pm) and so I had to take time off of work. I waited and they were no-call, no-show. I called the office at 11:10am and the girl said she understood that I was upset but that she needed me to understand that emergencies happen. I told it that I did understand that but what was unacceptable to me was that I had not even received a courtesy call advising me the guy was running late. This was not a small job. This job represented a very big expense for us as homeowners and the stress of shouldering such a repair was even more compounded by a company not caring enough about our time or our schedule to even make a 10 second phone call. A window is exactly that, you anticipate a person will show up within that window and not 20min late and well outside that window. Very disappointing. Needless to say, we will trust our repair and replacement job to another company that demonstrates more concern for their customers.
After looking around for a great price my boyfriend and I chose to go with SLS Heating because they seemed to be professional and knowledge we were looking for. Our furnace cleaning was October of 2014 when both my boyfriend and I were home, my boyfriend a very hands on person wanted to learn what the guys was doing but instead he was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions. He did also make sure to tell me that some part needed to be replaced for a couple more hundred dollars so I said I'd get another opinion. I pay these kinds of bills in cash. 4 months later I moved cross country and in JUNE 2015 I received a $145 bill stating it was past 90 days due. After calling and speaking with Christina telling her I had already paid but since moving lost my receipt and could no longer prove it. Reluctantly I paid again with my debit card over the phone so it wouldn't go to collections on July 9th. Now August 10 I received ANOTHER bill called and spoke to Skip who apologized and said he would get if figured out. The next day I received a call from Christina again leaving a voicemail telling me she had no history of payments on my phone. I called back and spoke with Christina again, stating I had already been through this and that I had paid. She told me she had only checked to see that I had paid by CHECK nothing else...had I not called it would have gone to collections for a careless and easy to figure out mistake. I asked since it was verified I HAD paid to please take me out of their system so I no longer received bill from them since I would not be using them, except that before I could finish speaking Christina cut me and off saying CONSIDER IT DONE and hung up on me. They have been one of the least professional companies I have ever worked with which is certainly sad since it was a local business I was supporting. Better Business Bureau found the hang up very interesting.

SLS is the most caring, competant business I have dealt with in a long time. I am an elderly women with an ancient heating system. When I called with no heat they came the same day. They worked with me on payment and both the Technicians and the people in the office were kind and professional. I would recommend SLS should be the FIRST call to make if you are having a heating problem.

Be careful. Besides having the rudest people answering phone calls the service is horrible. The technicians were incompetent and after several attempts to fix my boiler I had to call another company.
