My Jeep slid off the road and down a 15 foot very steep embankment in deep deep snow after a blizzard. Padgett was on the scene within an hour and expertly winched me back up on to the road. The tow driver was very skilled and knows his truck and its capabilities. Nice Job, and Thank you!!!

Very responsive service after our car hit a deer on Route 95 North between exits 91 and 92 around 10 in the evening. Since we were heading north and the car was going to be towed to New London (AAA towing), the driver called a second truck to drive us to Stonington at Exit 92 so we could be picked up there. The first driver had us wait in his warm truck until the second one arrived.

Took them 2 hours and 45 min to drive 1.9 miles to tow me after they assured my insurance company that they would be there "within the hour".
