Washer and dryer broke down at different times. First one I called Apple about. He was out the next day, fixed it on the spot (it was almost 20 years old at the time) and charged about what I expected for the repair. When the other one broke down a few months later, I called and he was able to come out later that same day. Again, he cost to repair was comparable to other repair guys we've had come service the machines, but with a pleasant attitude and speedy service. With a large family and lots of laundry, it was much appreciated!
