People shouldn't be so quick to blame them employees

Trying to get back into society. This establishment is ok but some of employees there seem to think they don't have to follow through with count. They call count at certain times then make the men be confined to their rooms until they decide to do it. This is unjustifiably unfair to not just the males residences there but also their loved ones and family. Its wrong also when a certain monitor is on and makes these men strip down when coming in from work at night. They are out of prison so treat them with some dignity and respect! Each male in this facility has his own cell phone that they have to pay for that is supposed to be only used by that inmate. Why is it other inmates in this facility seem to ask to borrow others? As my husband said if they're caught the inmates phone gets confescated weather the inmate or his family memeber pays for it or not! How about if the center pays the cell phone then!? Its BS with some of the crap that goes on here. Treat these men with respect!
