Before I decided to hire my aov writer long term, I had two other writers writing for me, one from another company and the other a freelancer. All three were on a trial period of 1 month and the plan was to go with the best one. I've had my gal from aov for three months now and I am just glad that I went with her. Thx H.Wood

I used them early this year and I ended up letting their writer go. Although the writing per se was decent, perhaps average, but there's just something about his style that didn't sit well with me. Maybe I should've given him some time to improve, maybe I'm just too anal about some things, but I feel that terminating my account with them was the best decision that I could've made during that time, considering it happened at a critical point in my business. Having said all that, I do have to commend the company for their customer service. They reimbursed me the full amount I paid them without any hassle and I particularly liked how well they handled my complaint. Who knows, I'd probably try them again in the future. Eleanor
