I GIVE NO STARS TO PET MENU IN NEW HYDE PARK ON HILLSIDE AVE. THE PERSON - A MAILE AT THE REGISTER IS RUDE AND NASTY. WENT THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND FOUND THE PEOPLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL -

The people of Pet Menu at 743 Hillside ave in New Hyde Park were so courteous and knowledgeable. Rich was an encyclopedia of pet care information. Both Rich and Bernadette were so welcoming and gave me all the time I needed. This is now my store for all pet needs.

This place is ok cashiers are fine but one cashier named rich is rude and trys to force his beliefs on you every time i see him hes trying to talk a customer out of buying something they want how do you run your buisness this way? he has serious anger issues and has been seen to be disrespectful to the girls working there
