Dr. Portnoy is an excellent doctor. He has a fantastic bedside manner and goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. I could not recommend him any higher should you find your self in need of an ENT.

Dr. Portnoy is attentive, patient, thorough and committed to helping solve my concerns from beginning to end. He addresses my as a real person and I never feel like I'm being rushed or just another patient on a list he has to check off for the day.
