One of the very best yarn shop experiences I've had. The staff is very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The yarn selection is outstanding. I absolutely love going there. I think they really go the extra mile. The only thing I would suggest is computer access in the store which would be helpful for the shop and their customer's. It would probably put them a notch above their competitors. But then again this is not a deterrence for me.
