We use them often for special occasion cakes, birthdays, etc. and its delicious everytime. If you are looking for an alternative to the "sickenly" sweet and sugary birthday cakes found in most bakeries and markets, C'est La Vie will surprise you! The cakes are moist and delicious and there is noticably less sugar in the filling and frosting.
