I also would strongly suggest you stay away from this business. The steaks I bought appear to be in good quality, but they are very small in size considering what I paid for them. The salesman tells you he'll sell them for $3 a steak, which would be a good deal if they were 16 oz size. They are only 4-6 oz in size, making them the same price you pay at the super market. I have tried calling their 800 national phone number, as well as local #, and no one has returned my calls. I want to return the unopened product for a full refund, but no one is returning my calls. Luckily I paid by credit card and can dispute the charge. If you do business with this company, ONLY USE CREDIT CARD so you at least have some recourse later on. Don't buy in bulk with the understanding you're getting a deal, YOU ARE NOT and are paying full price (maybe more) for a case of steaks it might take you a year to eat.

Do not do business with the company. There product is extremely expensive for the amount and quality of meat you receive. There customer service is poor. The only way to get a hold of someone is to leave a message and hope they call you back. Most of the time they will not. They have one customer service representative for the entire company. They do not answer the phone at the local branch. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Twin Cities Steak and Seafood provides the worst customer service. I cannot contact anyone from this company to place an order or file a complaint. This company does not return phone calls. How can this company build a customer base when they don't even acknowledge their customers????

I am very disappointed in the business practices of Twin Cities Steak and Seafood. I was unsatisfied with a meat purchase of $335.00. I returned the product to the company after numerous unanswered yet I have not received a refund check from the company. I have left many phone messages and no one is returning my calls. I am very disappointed in Twin Cities Steak and Seafood and I do not recommend anyone purchasing products from this company with very poor business practices.
