The service guys were polite and professional, but they didn't quite know their craft! They did repair my patio door (it was leaking from the top and did need new caulking/resealing), but they told me that I didn't need new windows and/or couldn't reseal one window that's definitely loose in its frame! The kicker is...my home insurance company recommended them, so now I might have to seriously reconsider that company as well! So, I can only give Choice Windows 3 stars.
