I filed a petition for my wife in 2001 and the first lawyer that I had made such of big mess with it that Immigration got to think that our marriage was fraudulent. My bosses recommend me Lawyer Kevin Dehghani in January 2007 and since then we saw the difference. It was not easy for him to win this fight but thank God and Mr. Dehghani my wife has her green card since Oct 2012. He did so much with this case that when we used to go to the immigration office; he had to bring a suit case in order to fit it. I would recommend Mr. Dehghani to anybody who has immigration need.
