I checked one star because zero is not allowed. I experienced repeatedly shoddy treatment by front-desk person and by new "dentist". Be warned. SO sorry I went to this place. P.S. Can anyone recommend a skilled New Haven area dentist? I'm willing to drive up to an hour from New Haven for a patient-centered practice with kind people.

I like this facility. (I walked in & right back out of a couple other dentist offices that I was referred to. They looked cold, primitive & antiquated... like torture-chambers from an old-school sci-fi movie... yikes!) But here: 21st Century equipment (up-to-date)~ pleasant atmosphere~ professional & caring office staff & dental assistants; {Jasmine R.~ Lady V.~ & Aileen A.}~ & A Gentle~Professional~Informative~"AWESOME" (!) dentist...Dr. Deep Desai,DDS~ I've got dental issues & a dental phobia...(a bad combination!)~ but I was actually "relaxed" here... (on my own... due to all that I mentioned above... not medically-induced relaxation)~ So if this review "blesses another" to go ahead and make that appointment to get some (regular, or, "bad") dental needs serviced... this is a good, clean, and comforting place to get it all done. (Glad I "googled" until I found this office... then finally went in & got some serious matters attended to)... :) ~Blessings~ Kathy P.
