The food here at this location is great. The level of hospitality and customer service depends on what staff you have the shift you're dinning during. The current General manager has serious hospitality issues and a very poor attitude. She is rude, snobby, sometimes vulgar and bashes her employees and customers unknowingly and indirectly. Her sometimes unprofessional-ism rubs off on her team and affects their performance. I'm not name slandering i'm just giving my honest opinion of my experience dinning and working at this location.
