I am new to this town, and all of my previous experiences have been in verizon stores where you have to sign in to talk to someone. Well, after visiting the New City store, I will never return to a big store again. I was helped right away, I purchased a new phone, and was set up and out of the store with a smile on my face in 20 minutes! I recomend this store to anyone who does not have 3+ hours to wait to speak to a sales rep that winds up being impatient or rude. Thank you New City Verizon!
