I had to bring my computer back for repair. The staff were so helpful and nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I would recommend this new city store. I for one will be doing as much holiday shopping there as possible. Thank you radio shack for a job well done.

Back then this particular RadioShack wasn't on the top of my list so I mostly ignored it due to terrible customer support, and overpriced prices. My friends told me that the Radio Shack in New City changed a lot through store renovations, managers, and sales associates. After two years I decided to give them a chance, and was utterly surprised. These associates will go out of their way to help you in any way they can, will be honest about merchandise, and are extremely knowledgeable, and heck they have a good sense of humor too. I feel as if they're actual people, and not like those machines you hear all the time over the phone. I go in the store, and instead of me asking them they approach me first by offering assistance, which is the first I've seen in a while. It's my store to shop at, even if the price is 20 dollars more, the customer service there is worth every penny. Amazing return policy, excellent customer support, best Shack in Rockland County.
