I'm really upset with the level of attention, after several sessions I learned that I'm not holdingg my legs correctly etc, the ladies are nice but not detailed oriented, not enough instructions how to do things right, what is the goal

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I believe they really care about your recovery and really try to make you feel comfortable with all the heavy exercises one must do.
