      General Info
      The Lawrence County Career & Technical Center offers a range of vocational training programs for youths. The center provides degree and certificate programs in carpentry, cosmetology, masonry, automotive mechanics and electronics technology. It offers classes in automotive construction, design and troubleshooting operations. The Lawrence County Career & Technical Center provides assistance with the development of hands-on skills in metal straightening, body soldering, spray painting, and gas and electric welding technologies. The center s masonry course is a three-year program that offers training to construct walls, partitions and chimneys. In addition, it provides guidance counseling and career exploration services. The Lawrence County Career & Technical Center prepares students to work in various health-related fields, such as nursing, dental care and medical assisting.
