      East Coast Paving did a WONDERFUL job paving our parking lot. Would definately recommend them!

      East Coast Paving & Seal Coating Inc. In New Castle, PA Offers Paving And Seal Coating Services. We use our 12-point Processes. We Use Brushes to Spread Our Product Which Is Called X-10 Sealer (a Coal Tar Emulsion) For A More Even Dispersion Of The Sealer; we Also Use Brushes to Add Quality and Neatness to the Job. Prior To Sealing, We Clean Any And All Debris From The Surface. We Will Fill All Of The Major Cracks In The Work Area With Kotch Flex-A-Fill (a Hot Tar Product). After We Complete The Sealing Process, We Will Also Repaint All Lines, Handicap Spaces, Arrows, Etc. Call East Coast Paving & Seal Coating Inc.
