The music they play is too loud! You can usually hear it over your own headphones. The staff is friendly for the most part. Once you've signed up they don't pay much attention to you. It's a business based on contracts. Read the fine print. The one thing going for it is it's open 24 hrs. Check out the local YMCA in your area before you end up stuck with this place for about 3 years.
