I like this bank! They treat you very nice. The main office in New Castle has a Coffee bar (Free), and Wi-Fi internet access (Free). They also offer a self-access Change counting machine (No Fees) that allows you to bring in your loose coins and get cash or deposit into your account. The Drive-thru has 3 lanes, plus an ATM lane.

Recently, we ran out of our printed checks. We went in and asked if blank counter checks were available. They do not offer blank counter checks, but told us if we would tell them to whom the checks were to be endorsed to, and the amount, they made out Bank Drafts for our bills and deducted the amount from our checking (No Fees)!

We thought that was super!! Very courteous and super friendly staff!!!
