Rude, disrespectful, and inept employees. My personal experience includes an unprofessional familiarity assumed by its staff, inability to address a customer by proper name, and and arrogant assumption that they are doing you a favor by tending to you. Their rude conduct resulted in my taking my money elsewhere. A business to be avoided.
