They're unreachable. I've been calling about an incompetent driver i have to deal with everyday for 3 hours and they never answer their phones

I think that the company has great service! the buses are kept very clean and nice. And the drivers are great too and very friendly!

My son's bus driver was talking on her cell phone while driving. This is not legal or safe. There are enough distractions. If there needs to be contact between the driver and the station it can be done when pulled over to pick up a student. I am also concerned about the actual bus. The exhaust was so bad a couple of years ago that they had to send everyone to the E.R. and it's still in use and has broken down yet again.

The busses were laye and halfway to our destination the bus broke down, then an hour later the replacement bus showed. When our group was set to return, our bus was no where to be found. After countless call's, Finally a return Bus arrived. Witch to say was below standards set by previous contractors. I'f used this company on several occasions, but since Mr. Lehane pasted they have failed to meet my basic needs
