HAD APPOINTMENT FOR FURNACE REPAIR AND THEN ON DAY OF SCHEDULE, THEY CANCELLED. HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET A RETURN CALL TO RESCHEDULE.WAS SCHEDULED FOR LATE MORNING AND AFTER A CALL TO OFFICE WAS TOLD IT WOULDBE EARLY AFTERNOON. ALMOST SEEMED THEY DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO DO THE JOB. I HAVE DEALT WITH COMPANY FOR PROBLEY CLOSE TO 15 YEARS, BUT NOT SURE I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
