Two thumbs up!! I took my computer to the nerds after having BB ream me out of over $250 for a virus that was STILL THERE! Needed my computer fast, and the Nerdreserve gal was just fabulous in making sure my needs were met! Not only was my bill UNDER $100, but it was done the same day!! Those guys are GOOD, and that receptionist is as sweet as she can be. I ll definitely be back.
