Dr. Gaffney is an excellent doctor! Ten years ago, my son was born with a large VSD and Trisomy 21. In the midst of the turmoil and fear of those first hours not knowing what the outcome was for our son, Dr. Gaffney was there evaluating him in the NICU of St. Peter's Hosp., and gave us hope that our son's condition could be corrected and poceeded in giving him the best care up to his surgery 2 months later and also post surgery. Today, our son is 10 years old and extremely active, strong and bringing joy and love to those around him. Thank you, Dr.Gaffney!
