I took a few cars here and it seemed to be alright work for a decent price. The last car i took in he totally screwed me. My car went in for a stainless steel clutch line and slave cylinder. He only changed the slave cylinder and charged me 40 bucks extra on top of the original price for both. Its really not about the money at this point. The slave cylinder was literally one bolt and takes 20 mins max for a diy at home mechanic to change. The reason I originally brought it in was to change the ss line because thats about 2 hours of labor and I didn't have the time to do it myself. We agreed to do both line and cylinder at same time because its literally one bolt extra to change the cylinder while the car was already on the lift. I am disappointed and i wont be bringing my business back here again. I do not recommend the place its just not professional enough and it is a headache. Save the stress

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a place of business. The person working Saturday June 25th is extremely rude and obviously doesn't want any business. Ram auto can pound sand, I would highly recommend not doing business here.

If you like to being treated poorly and customer service is of no concern you may like this shop. I prefer to be treated with respect so they can pound sand!!! The employee I interacted with today must think he is in a third world country because not only would he not assist me in any manner he is the rudest person I've been in contact with in a long time and I do a lot of business in New York city.
