Founded in 1853, New Britain Public Library serves the information, education al, cultural and recreational needs of its community. It serves as a resource center by providing a range of materials that includes books, magazines, newspapers, databases and reference materials. The library offers several programs and services, such as story sessions, book discussions, movies, writing workshops and reading programs.
