The waiting area was clean and the reception staff was very nice, but they have an absurd office policy that parents are not allowed in the back. My son is 3. I would never in a million years allow a complete stranger to perform dental work or administer sedatives/medications to my child without myself or my husband being present. This is a bad idea on so many levels. The back area appears to be soundproofed as you cannot hear anything going on once they close the door. I was not able to inspect the cleanliness of the operating area. A person sitting next to me was telling another parent that they will not come get you if your child is upset (their child came out with their face deep red from what she assumed to be screaming for a long period of time.) Aside from the unnecessary stress this could cause a child, I don't know why any parent would agree to these conditions. We left before meeting the dentist letting the front desk know that we were uncomfortable with their policy.
