A hometown brewery producing classic German and English styles with an American twist. We feature year-round selections, seasonal varieties, and small batch creations. We are more than a brewery! We have a full bar with exceptional cocktails and one of the largest whiskey selections in a bar. We are located on the other side of downtown New Braunfels (Next to the civic center), on the corner of Butcher St. and Castell Ave. We are open daily starting at 11am and serve an amazing variety of food to please all your tastebuds! Our biergarten is gorgeous and provides an incredible view to our hill country sunsets. Pair that with our live music and it sets the tone for a great time!
