You won't be disappointed with the beef ribs. Big? (yeah.....anyone's are big), but good? You bet. The very best. Lots and lots of slow cooked meaty goodeness. Come on Tuesday nights. You get all you can eat brisket, chicken, and suasage (I'm told the meat variations can change) with all of the sides you want for less than $13.00. Skip the sauce (I couldn't tell you if it's any good or not.....I just don't use it) The meat speaks for itself loudly and clearly enough without the masking effects of sticky, sweet sauce. It's real deal Cooper's BBQ without having to drive to the original location. They aren't a typical chain at all. They got it right.
