We were told they could order us a new car key for our Mercedes and have it in about a week. After a week went by we called and they said still waiting. So anyways after a MONTH (we were working with one car for our family) my husband went up there and in front of him they called Mercedes and were told they will not order a key for them for us. Yeah thanks guys, really appreciate the attention as a customer. Why did it take them that long to figure out? Why did we sit around a month waiting? Because they obviously aren't paying attention to and respecting customers. Good luck, I've read similar reviews with very similar complaints. I suppose this is commonplace. :-(
