BEWARE Took $100.00 to order part blamed hurricane florence for not getting part
Said part on ups truck for 10 days
Stated several times coming to put part in
Never saw him will not call
He is a CROOK should be ashamed run business like he does still has my money

Possibly the most dishonest repairman ever. On his first visit to repair my washer- he took a quick look ( Never took anything apart nor looked behind the washer) and went to his service van. He returned with a nearly 300 dollar "estimate"- no details. When I asked him to write down what was wrong and how to repair it, he refused. I paid him his service call and looked up my problem online. Turns out it was a $12 part that took 5 minutes to install. Fast forward 5 years later and another problem with a new washing machine. My husband called a repairman from the yellow pages and this guy shows up! He wants to take it to his shop for "diagnostics" I arrive home and see who it is and pull my husband aside to tell him. He pays the crook for the service call and hooks our washer back up backwards- the hot is cold and the cold water is hot. Whether it was incompetence or malicious I don't know but DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!

DO NOT waste your time. Very unprofessional! Even when just talking to them on the phone. Then they didn't even bother to call me and let me know they weren't going to make my appointment! Very displeased!

Don't ever use this guy. I asked him to look at a dryer at a rental property and he just picked up my dryer and never called me. When I called and asked where the dryer was and for an estimate he said he never gives estimates. I insisted I need some kind of idea. Then he called me and said he'd fixed it and wouldn't bring it back until I paid him. This is the worst serviced I've ever had and he's extremely rude.

DO NOT TRUST! Buyer beware! I recently purchased a part for an oven from "Mr Appliance. Being the do-it-yourselfer and not knowing the normal price for the part I paid the $90 cash he asked. I later checked some local appliance stores in New Bern and they all sold the part for about $40. When I later confronted Mr Appliance, he said the price was justified because he sold me a genuine part. When I told him that I checked local stores and they also had the genuine part for only $40, he said well the price was still justified because the sale took place on a Saturday and we met in the rain. Stay away from this guy!
