The center organizes the community alternative program that provides community and personal care, and residential and day support services. The community services offered by the center include mentoring, management, skills development and specialized services. It also offers rehabilitation and housekeeping services to patients. The center organizes a variety of community awareness programs, including drug abuse awareness and family support services. It has a pharmacy and a diagnostic center. It has various facilities in New Bern, Morehead City, Greenville, Rocky Mount and Wilson, N.C.
