Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this business as the staff are always courteous and friendly and the waiting room may be very small but it's the only place I know of that offers free drinks,food(various fruits,popcorn,and candy), wi-fi (with a computer for customers), and tv. The only thing I can find this business at fault is the prices! I know everyone usually complains about how expensive each and every auto shop is but when I wanted a oil change, tire rotation and balance, they priced it at over a hundred dollars so instead I went down the road to the dealership and got the exact same service for eighty-six dollars! If money isn't a issue for you then by all means family tire is for you but if you are money tight (who couldn't deal with saving a few extra bucks) then I'd suggest shopping around first.
