      AWESOME!!!!!!! BY FAR the best in New Bern!! Very nice and very professional. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My stylist Michelle is friendly and attentive to my needs. GREAT COMMUNICATION! She gave me a great cut and COLOR! I would definitely recommend!!

      Dun Artie is the worst spa that I have ever been to. I would not recommend this place to a dog! Because basically that is how I was treated there. Their customer service was horrible not to mention the fact that they could care less about how I felt. They sat me in the back on a couch and completely forgot about me, even though there were staff members walking by every five minutes! No one stopped to check on me for 45 minutes! I will NEVER recommend this heinous place to anyone! O and forget about their slogan Your total satisfaction is our reward! Yeah right!
