      Mark has to be one of the most professional people out there. Our air conditioner decided to quit on us day before yesterday, right around 8 pm. I called Mark and left a message on his voicemail. He returned my call yesterday morning and was at our house yesterday evening, fixing the air conditioner. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and I can only say great things about him.
