I had a 4,000 ton unit installed. I was shocked how fast Bill got the unit and immediately his servicemen showed up and did the job.

The men were very professional and diligent and thorough! Heck they even cleaned up after themselves whereas other contractors left me with a mess.

Even after the job was done Bill Forrest personally came to inspect and make sure it worked properly along with a follow up call days later.

Took a long time for the company to get someone out to the house. When the serviceman arrived he was nice and went to work right away. Quickly identified what was wrong and fixed it. It was a bit pricey but he gave us options to choose from. He also took the time to ensure the heater did work and explained how to use it to us.

I had been having some difficulty with my Goodman unit for over a year. I knew that my unit was not working properly but my complaints went unanswered by the a/c company that installed the unit. Finally fed up with their lack of action, I called C/A. My unit now works like it should have from the first day I moved in to my new home. The customer service is second to none. If you are having problems and the repair individual is telling you that it's your fault or that you need cheaper filters, give C/A a call, you will not be disappointed!
