Bill Potter let me know he was extremely backed up with recent storm damage but he would try to stop by at least to give me a quote by the weekend. He called me Sunday afternoon, 30 min later they were here. They finished everything in an hour, then he trimmed a tree I put in a couple years ago, explained how to take care of my new tree. He probably spent close to an hour extra, didn't rush, did a wonderful job, very professional and pleasant to deal with. I'll be calling him again for some old trees that will need trimming. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
