Zerand, a division of North American Cerutti Corporation, has been operational since 1962. Based in New Berlin, Wis., the firm is a pioneer of the web-fed platen die cutters and delivery systems. It manufactures equipment for the folding carton industry. The company offers a wide range of products in the lines of turnover unwind rollstand, standstill butt splicer, post press decurl, platen die cutters, folding carton stacker and belt transfer unit among others. In 1998, North American Cerutti Corporation acquired Zerand to provide a comprehensive system for producing folding cartons. The firm has memberships with the Gravure Association of America Inc. and The European Rotogravure Association.
