Unreliable. No way. Stay away.

Unreliable...I called them to get the hours and location and was told they open at 11:00am and said they would be there the saturday I was planning on bringing in computer, I got to the shop at 11:00am to find they were not opened. I called..no answer and waited 15 more minutes, called again still no answer...left a message for a call back...No call back but things happen for a reason because I found an awesome computer guy...JR's about a mile away

That they are irresponsible young adults that do not know how to run a business. They are like chickens' running around with their heads cut off. They make promises they can't keep and then apologize and make another appointment and then can't keep that one either.------My advise, find someone else.

I normally don't respond to my reviews as the shop owner but wanted to thank both of the people that submitted reviews.

This place is great. Gets the job done quickly with quality. If you have something wrong w/ your pc, this is the place to go.

I took my computer to these guys after getting a high quote somewhere else. They were very fast, very affordable, and they did something to my computer that has it running fast than it did when I first bought it. Go see these guys if you need your computer fixed you'll thank me. Mike.
