POOR POOR SERVICE , I am a budget customer with a $1200 credit balance, on the coldest day of the year I run out of oil and only get a busy signal when I try calling them. I had to call another oil carrier to delievr oil , restart my burner, I have frozen pipes upstairs, and still 2 days into trying to call them , i get no answer. Being a good customer doesnt count with this company, if i could rate less than zero i would, because thats when you need service , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
