Champions fitness strives to provide a clean environment with top of the line equipment, providing a comfortable atmosphere for a diverse group of people. We also strive to help our members reach any goal desired. Simply called "Aerobics" by many, Group Fitness offers you the opportunity to reach your goals in a fun, social and structured setting. With up to 10 classes per day, be assured that there are classes for you, whatever your current fitness level or past exercise experience. Classes vary from chair aerobics to cardio-boxing, allowing you to take classes which are specific to your needs.
