Our office wanted to order lunch from Subway, so we went online to get the menu, printed out a form that each of us could fill out to place our orders, making it very simple and easy to turn those forms in when I got to the restaurant. I had 10 orders which isn't that many but to the kids behind the counter, it overwhelmed them. They were trying to hurry and were throwing the toppings all over the place and not even getting each sub wrapped up properly. They put our name on each individual sandwich, which was nice. They left out a few different toppings on a couple of the sandwiches, though, and didn't charge the correct prices for some of the items we ordered, costing us more money than we should have paid. We will give them a shot again, but if service is not better, we'll go just a little further to the other Subway in New Albany.
