Thank you for your interest in 3 Minute Fitness! 3MF is a scientifically based fitness concept incorporating high intensity interval training within a studio setting. The concept was developed by professionals in the fields of fitness and cardiology. The workout is made up of 10 stations, a mix of cardio and strength, in 3-minute intervals and guided by a certified trainer. The workout changes every day!
