I bought washer/dryer for my rental from Lowe's New Albany and they told me that they could deliver and install after I got home from work at 4:00. On the day of delivery, I received a call in the morning from the delivery driver telling me that he had arrived. I explained that I was at work and that the arrangement was for delivery 4:00. Later he called again asked me why I couldn't come home during my lunch break and I told him that I only have a 25 minute lunch and that it was not possible. He then asked me what he was supposed to do between 10:30 and 4:00 and I told him that was up to him. My tenant came home from work for lunch and let the delivery man in, not knowing the arrangement. The leveling foot on the unit was broken, but the delivery man left it anyway, telling my tenant that it would "level itself." I do not recommend this Lowe's for delivery and installation.
