Do not use this business!!! I had phone problems in Oxford MS., I called and they said they had someone right down the road and could be here immediately and they were. Once the man showed he quickly and simply flipped a few switches and had the problem fixed. I asked twice about how much it would be, and we joked that is shouldn't be much because he didn't do much at all, BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I got the bill this morning and it was over $140 dollars and when I called to understand why, they told me there was a $48 dollar traveling fee. I explained how they told me that they were already in the area so why was there a traveling fee from New Albany when they were already in town. The owner informed me that that is their policy, so then I asked why is that when they didn't have to make a special trip to me, and again he referred to his policy and politely hung up on me before I could give him my credit card information to pay on his POLICY BILL! They were as kind as could be taking care of my problem, but when it came to payment they couldn't be more impolite. I will never use them again!

I had a problem with my telephone. I called ASI. I was told that they had a serviceman in the neighborhood (ASI is located in a town 30 miles away). The serviceman fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I was charged $77.50 for the service call- and $48.99 for the travel time! When I called to question the charge for "travel time" I was told by the owner that it was their "policy" to charge the travel time whether they were already in the area or not. When I claimed that their policy was unfair he hung up on me. I guess it is also their policy to mislead and be rude to customers.
