The front desk was rude, and the dental assistant made me feel bad about my teeth. I haven't been to the dentist and years and now I wish I wouldn't have ever went.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zaepfel"s for several years. He is gentle and caring as well as very competent at what he does. If I ever need to talk to him, he answers his phone and is accessible. There is no high pressure selling of treatment, he simply explains my options and lets me make my decision of what is best for me. I highly recommend him and his office!
