Established in 1973, LifeSpan Resources offers a spectrum of services related to health care and developmental programs and coordination services for senior citizens and people with disabilities. The organization provides direct and contract-based services to various vendors, including home health care agencies, private sector businesses and nonprofit entities. The organization offers care management, in-home care and outreach counseling services, as well as a nutrition, senior employment and caregiver support programs and legal services. In addition, LifeSpan Resources offers education, training, social support and health care services. The organization, through its Ombudsman Program, assists individuals in long-term care and assisted living facilities and adult foster care homes. It has an office in New Albany, Ind.
