Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz, also known as JTL, is a mid-sized consulting, engineering and surveying firm. It has been serving government, commercial, industrial and institutional clients in the Greater Louisville and southern Indiana areas since 1955. The firm specializes in the planning, design and construction inspection of a variety of projects, including airports, roads, streets, bridges, and potable water supply, treatment and distribution systems. Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz provides site development, land surveying, transportation and solid waste management services. It has completed projects for the American Land Title Association, Louisville Water Company, Northport Industrial Park, Clark Maritime Center, and Lewis & Clark Parkway. The firm is certified as a minority business enterprise by the state of Indiana.
